3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phil99 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with phil99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you personally own and control;

3.2 Account Security

12. Account Termination

phil99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to the platform;
